By accessing or using our website (https://onlinemastery.academy/), enrolling in any of our master training programs, obtaining software licenses for Funnel Intelligence AI™, booking 1-on-1 strategy consultations, or purchasing Done-For-You (DFY) agency services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our website, training portals, and consulting services immediately.

2. Description of Programs & Services

Online Mastery Academy provides digital marketing education, AI-driven marketing technology, and done-for-you agency services, including but not limited to:

• Master Training Programs: Educational online courses including Customer Acquisition Mastery, Advanced Meta Ads Scaling, Digital Product Sales Mastery, and Organic Growth Mastery.
• Proprietary AI Platform: Access to Funnel Intelligence AI™ and associated funnel blueprint tools.
• Done-For-You Agency Services: 1-on-1 Strategy Consultations, custom Sales Funnel Builds, Video Sales Letter (VSL) Production, AI Ad Creatives Management, and DFY Launch Partnerships.

3. Account Registration & Student Access

To access our training portals or AI tools, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Sharing your login credentials or course materials with unauthorized third parties will result in immediate termination of account access without a refund.

4. Payments, Orders & Billing

All course enrollments and digital product purchases are securely processed via third-party checkout gateways (such as Selar). By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and authorize our payment processor to charge the total specified amount.

Upon successful payment confirmation on Selar, automated digital access instructions are issued electronically to the email address provided during checkout.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, video lessons, audio recordings, frameworks, proprietary algorithms, Funnel Intelligence™ methodologies, templates, graphics, and written materials available through Online Mastery Academy are the exclusive intellectual property of Online Mastery Academy and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view and utilize the training materials for your own personal or business growth. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or broadcast course content publicly or privately.
• Sell, license, lease, or commercially exploit any course materials, scripts, or templates.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Funnel Intelligence AI™.

6. Earnings, Income & Results Disclaimer

While Online Mastery Academy provides proven frameworks, strategies, and AI tools, we do not guarantee specific monetary results, revenue growth, or advertising return on ad spend (ROAS).

Your success depends entirely on your own effort, individual business model, target audience market conditions, product offer quality, advertising capital, and consistent execution. Testimonials and case studies displayed on our website represent exceptional results and do not guarantee that every user will achieve identical outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Online Mastery Academy and its founders, instructors, employees, or agency partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, ad budget loss, business interruption, or data corruption—arising from your use of our website, courses, or services.
