1. Enrollment: By applying to our Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these terms. Approval is at our discretion, and we may reject any application without providing reasons.

2. Commissions: Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying sales made through their unique referral links. Commissions are credited after the referred customer completes a purchase and remains a customer for a minimum of 30 days.

3. Payouts: Payments are made monthly once the minimum payout threshold is met. Commissions are paid via the selected payment method in your affiliate account. Minimum payout is $5.

4. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates must not engage in misleading, illegal, or spammy practices to promote our products. This includes unauthorized use of our brand, bidding on trademarked terms, or making false claims.

5. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

6. Modifications: We may modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Affiliate Program.
