As part of our expanding team, we are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to lead our Organic Social Media team. This role will focus on enhancing our brand’s identity and engagement across key social platforms through strategic content creation, platform management, performance analysis, and oversight of third-party review sites. You will report directly to the Director of Video, while collaborating closely with the Vice President of Design and Media to craft trend-driven content that strengthens our leadership in the food industry.
This is a 100% remote position, available only to candidates residing in eligible states (listed below). Full-time, W2 employment.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the creation of engaging, on-brand social media content that resonates with our target audience.
- Manage content approvals and publishing across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Utilize performance analytics to identify emerging trends, forecast content needs, and develop strategies that align with the brand’s values, culinary vision, and marketing goals.
- Oversee community engagement and manage reviews across third-party platforms.
- Provide regular performance insights and updates to senior leadership.
People Management:
- Lead and inspire a team of social media professionals to drive engagement, performance, and growth.
- Set clear team goals, conduct regular one-on-one sessions, and ensure communication of expectations.
- Continuously refine procedures to clarify roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of the social media team.
Administrative Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for flagship platforms and external partners, ensuring compliance and return on investment (ROI).
- Oversee the use of tools like AirTable and Sprout Social.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive direction and timely approvals.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, and creative direction, ideally in the food industry.
- 2+ years of experience managing teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture for both remote and in-person teams.
- Proven ability to serve as a “creative engine” in an enterprise-level, e-commerce environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing food photography and video production expertise.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) and social media scheduling/analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated success in setting, forecasting, and achieving KPIs and team performance goals.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to work within CST or EST business hours, regardless of your location.
